Trustee Message on Behalf of Sardar Patel Trust
A Trust Rooted in Service
Sardar Patel Seva Trust was established in March 1993 by eminent personalities of the Patel community, with social welfare as its main objective. The trust works to improve the overall social scenario and bridge the gap between communities.
As the first step towards this goal, the trust set up the Sardar Patel Educational Institute in December 1996 — aiming to provide quality English medium education to rural migrant families, and to all who sought it. What began with a single school of 15 students has since grown into one of the region's most diverse educational campuses.

Sardar Patel Seva Trust Founded

Sardar Patel Educational Institute Set Up
Founded in December 1996 to establish quality English medium education for rural migrant families aspiring for their children's future, and for all seekers of quality learning.
Smt. A.R. Sutaria Nursery School
The very first school under the Institute's banner opened its doors with just 15 students, marking the beginning of a legacy that continues today.
Shree G.M. Donda Primary School
As the founding school flourished, a second institution was added to the campus to meet growing demand for primary education.
Shree L.G. Kakadia Secondary / Higher School
The third school on campus extended education through the secondary and higher secondary levels.
Smt. M.S. Lakhani Kanya Vidyalaya
A dedicated school for girls, later expanded into three divisions — Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary.
Smt. D.B. Mangukia Balmandir
In keeping with the Institute's motto of serving society, a nurturing balmandir (kindergarten) was added to the campus.
Smt. L.L. Kakadia B.Ed College
Recognising the need for trained educators across the Saurashtra region, the Institute launched its own B.Ed college.
Smt. O.Z. Mendpara Play House
Designed to gently acclimatise young children to the school environment ahead of formal education.
G.L. Kakadia International School
A new feather in the Institute's cap — bringing international standards of education to the campus in June 2006.
Smt. L.L. Kakadia Mahila Chhatralay
A well-furnished residential hostel established in August 2006 to support and accommodate girl students on campus.
Free Schools for the Underserved
Smt. V.G. Sutaria Hanumant Balmandir and Smt. L.G. Sutaria Hanumant Prathmik Shala opened in Bhavnagar's slum areas, offering free education as part of the Institute's social responsibility.
BBA, B.Com & M.S.W. Colleges
The Institute entered higher education with undergraduate BBA and B.Com colleges, alongside a postgraduate M.S.W. programme.
Gujarati Medium Schools
Shree B.P. Gujarati Balmandir, Shree G.G. Sutaria Prathmik Shala and Shri Z.K. Mendpara Madhyamik Shala launched as co-education Gujarati medium institutions.
Specialised Training Centres
Smt. A.V. Sachapara IAS & Competitive Exam Development Centre and Shree Valjibhai N. Patel Teacher's Training Centre launched for holistic student development.
CBSE School & Preschool
M.L. Kakadia National School (CBSE board) and Tree House Preschool were introduced, widening the Institute's academic offerings.
Arts, Design & Medical Institutes
Smt. Kankuben D. Dalia Institute of Art & Design, Matushree Ratanben Ramjibhai Monpara Mahila Arts College, and Smt. Kokilaben D. Sutaria Medical Institute were established.
B.Sc College Launched
A dedicated science college opened with specialisations in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
District Level Sports Sankul
Selected by the Sports Authority of Gujarat, the campus began specialised coaching in Table Tennis, Basketball, Athletics and Judo.
Civil Service Training Centre
Launched under Smt. A.V. Sachapara IAS & Competitive Exam Training Centre in coordination with Sardardham, Ahmedabad — guiding 38 students toward GPSC/UPSC success.
Growing steadily to meet the needs and aspirations of Bhavnagar and the wider Saurashtra region, Sardar Patel Educational Institute continues to expand year after year — evolving into one of the leading educational institutions in the country.
